Each month you will receive a new training program that has been fully personalized to suit you and your goals.

You will also receive a monthly workout calendar so you know exactly what to do each day.

There will be weekly check-ins so we can adjust your program if needed.

Videos of the exercises will be part of your program. I will show and talk you through how the exercise is done correctly.

Each month you will receive a strategic diet plan that will support your training or current goal. The plan is designed to adapt to your personal preferences including; food that you might be allergic to, foods you like and don’t like. 

As a member of MyPinoyCoach, you will have access to 24/7 email support. This means that any question you may have, whether they be about training, diet, or any other issues, you can email in at any time and you’ll receive a response within 24 hours.

Once you’ve signed up, you will receive a link to our private Facebook group, where we all can have a chat, share your progress and have the support of other members. This will give you extra motivation to achieve your goals. Plus I will post workouts and diet tips inside the group.
